TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions herein are applicable to all photography sessions. By booking with Kim Eageling Photography, you enter into a contract and it is assumed that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

1. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking (for mini sessions and gift vouchers the full session price is taken as the deposit and is non-refundable).
2. In the rare event that Kim Eageling Photography needs to cancel a session, your deposit will be refunded in full.
3. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your photoshoot. Editing of your photos will not begin until the balance has been paid in full.
4. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. 

1. Kim Eageling Photography shall be entitled to use their judgment regarding the style and artistic input in the production of your pictures. This includes, but is not limited to, poses, props and number of images taken. Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the clients full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Kim Eageling Photography may not be able to capture any, or all of the images the client may have requested or expected.
2. The client is responsible for all children at all sessions.
3. Sessions are booked for a maximum duration, but we do not have to use the entire allotted time. If the shoot is completed early or needs to end due to unforeseen circumstances, the session may conclude before the full time is used. The booked time ensures that the session does not exceed the scheduled duration.

1. Your private viewing gallery will be available approx. two weeks after final payment is received. 
2. You will receive all of your chosen photos via digital download, fully edited, approx. 2 days after any outstanding balance has been received.
3. After 12 months from the date of your session, Kim Eageling Photography will no longer be responsible for storing your image files.

1. Images are fully edited before being delivered to the client and Kim Eageling Photography reserves all creative control regarding the editing style. Images will not be available in an unedited format.

1. The client is permitted to use their digital images for personal use only (i.e not to alter or sell on for profit).
2. Kim Eageling Photography reserves the rights to use clients images for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio or promotion unless clients expressly decline.
